for the love of shirring.

So I wanted to know how to shirr. so i found some tutorials online and began my process. set up my machine and away i went. It really wasn't as bad as i thought. first two tries stunk but now i have the hang of it. Man I should have learned this a lot sooner. It is so much easier than sewing by hand. Thanks to Thread banger and some of the other blog gals i can do this now. woo hoo!

So one day i set off looking for a set of amazing wings for my niece. Everything i saw looked the same and pretty cheesy.

I looked on eBay and found this girl who made some wings but were more geared for adults don't know what they were really used for but i really didn't want to know either lol.

Anyway I said self ( ha ha yes i say that from time to time out loud) you did go to art school why don't you make some your self. So here is the finished Project I also made a tutu to go with It. I have since made many wings and love to do custom orders. Themes are the best like the kitty one or Tinkerbell
